Introducing a new framework for connected applications and the foundation for managing all things extensibility in one place. This initial release is focused on supporting embedded partner applications and the administrative workflows for finding, adding and deploying Brightspace Extensions.

Informing administrators through a new status that IPSIS has received a batch request or file to process but IPSIS is currently waiting to process it. Previously, administrators can be uncertain if IPSIS knows about incoming files or has queued up a batch, particularly during system busy times when there can be longer-than-normal delays between batch processing.

Track course completion with a new option that uses Release Conditions instead of Content Topic completion. Instructors can define one or more release conditions to determine the completion of a course—which will be reflected within Manager Dashboard as well as the My Courses Widget.

Have the option to manually override course completions. This will provide access to new APIs to retrieve completion status and to override course completion.

A new Course Homepage widget is available to display Course Completion to learners.

The completion status of a course will also serve as a conditional release trigger, enabling the issuance of Awards and the generation of intelligent agent notifications and more.

Enable learners to set professional development targets across a set of subjects.

Access Creator+ Practices Usage dataset which includes data identifying the learner and details about their interactions for all data-enabled Practices to help better understand the impact of Practices on learner achievement and engagement. Practices remain optional and this data will not impact course completion or grades.
